Programs within the School emphasize confidentiality, informed consent, professional boundaries, responsible referral, accurate representation of qualifications, respect for client autonomy, cultural sensitivity, evidence-informed practice, and avoidance of conflicts of interest.
Learners are trained to distinguish coaching, consulting, mentoring, facilitation, counseling, psychotherapy, and other professional services. Coaches and consultants must operate within their competence and refer clients to qualified professionals when issues fall outside the scope of coaching or consulting practice.
Completion of a REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY program does not automatically confer accreditation, licensure, or membership in any external coaching, consulting, counseling, psychology, or human resources professional body. Graduates must satisfy any additional requirements established by relevant associations, regulators, employers, or jurisdictions.
