Programs within the School emphasize biblical integrity, servant leadership, sound doctrine, pastoral accountability, spiritual maturity, compassion, confidentiality in pastoral care, ethical stewardship, cultural sensitivity, and faithful ministry practice.
Learners are trained to distinguish pastoral ministry, biblical counseling, coaching, and spiritual care from regulated professions such as psychology, psychotherapy, psychiatry, and licensed clinical counseling. Where legal or clinical intervention is required, referral to appropriately qualified professionals is emphasized.
Completion of a REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY program prepares graduates for Christian ministry and theological education but does not automatically confer ordination, ecclesiastical endorsement, denominational recognition, chaplaincy endorsement, or professional licensure. Such recognition remains subject to the requirements of the relevant church, denomination, ministry organization, endorsing body, or regulatory authority.

The School of Ministry, Theology & Christian Leadership serves as the spiritual leadership and theological formation school within REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY.
Comprising 12 specialized departments and more than 140 Professional Certificate programs, the School prepares biblically grounded leaders to proclaim the Gospel, disciple believers, strengthen churches, plant new ministries, provide compassionate pastoral care, develop Christian organizations, and transform communities through Christ-centered leadership.
