The Faculty of Executive Agriculture & Agribusiness is an advanced executive and professional education faculty designed to develop agribusiness leaders, agricultural entrepreneurs, farm executives, food-industry professionals, agricultural investors, value-chain managers, policymakers, cooperative leaders, consultants, development practitioners, and agricultural decision-makers capable of building productive, profitable, innovative, resilient, and sustainable agricultural enterprises.
The Faculty approaches agriculture not only as food production but as an interconnected economic system encompassing production, agribusiness, finance, technology, processing, supply chains, markets, trade, food systems, sustainability, rural enterprise, and investment.
Its professional education philosophy connects the farm to the market, technology to productivity, finance to enterprise growth, and agricultural production to sustainable economic development.
The Faculty comprises 14 specialized departments offering 140 distinct Executive Professional Certificate Programs, with ten programs within each department.

The Department of Agribusiness Leadership serves as the Faculty's principal center for executive-level agribusiness education. The Department develops professionals capable of managing agricultural enterprises as commercially sustainable organizations. Participants develop competencies in strategy, finance, entrepreneurship, value chains, trade, innovation, and food-system leadership. The flagship Chief Agribusiness Officer Leadership program prepares senior professionals for enterprise-wide responsibility across agricultural businesses, food companies, cooperatives, agricultural investment organizations, and related institutions.

The Department of Agricultural Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Development develops entrepreneurs capable of identifying commercial opportunities throughout agricultural and food systems. The Department seeks to transform agricultural activities from primarily subsistence-oriented operations into structured, market-oriented, investment-ready, and scalable enterprises where appropriate.
