The Faculty of Executive Ministry & Christian Leadership is an advanced ministry and professional leadership faculty dedicated to developing pastors, ministry executives, church leaders, apostolic leaders, Christian administrators, ministry founders, nonprofit leaders, missionaries, Christian entrepreneurs, emerging ministers, and faith-based organizational leaders with the spiritual, strategic, administrative, and leadership capabilities required to build effective and sustainable ministries.

The Faculty of Executive Ministry & Christian Leadership is an advanced ministry and professional leadership faculty dedicated to developing pastors, ministry executives, church leaders, apostolic leaders, Christian administrators, ministry founders, nonprofit leaders, missionaries, Christian entrepreneurs, emerging ministers, and faith-based organizational leaders with the spiritual, strategic, administrative, and leadership capabilities required to build effective and sustainable ministries.
The Faculty integrates Christian leadership, pastoral leadership, biblical ministry, church administration, church governance, discipleship, missions, evangelism, ministry development, Christian communication, stewardship, organizational leadership, digital ministry, and global ministry leadership.
Its philosophy recognizes that effective ministry requires both spiritual maturity and responsible leadership. Spiritual calling provides purpose, while character, biblical understanding, leadership competence, stewardship, governance, administration, communication, and organizational capacity help leaders fulfill that calling responsibly.
The Faculty comprises 14 specialized departments offering 140 distinct Executive Professional Certificate Programs, with ten distinct programs within each department.

It prepares ministers and Christian leaders to combine biblical principles, spiritual character, strategic thinking, organizational competence, people leadership, and responsible stewardship in the execution of ministry assignments. The Senior Pastor Leadership program provides a specialized executive pathway for senior pastors and ministry leaders carrying significant organizational, pastoral, and strategic responsibilities.
