FACULTY OVERVIEW
Executive learning for complex leadership challenges
The Faculty of Executive Entrepreneurship & Innovation at REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY is a specialized executive and professional education faculty established to develop a new generation of entrepreneurs, founders, business owners, innovators, executives, investors, enterprise developers, startup leaders, consultants, and entrepreneurial professionals who possess the knowledge, practical capabilities, strategic mindset, and leadership competence required to create, develop, transform, scale, and sustain successful ventures.
The Faculty recognizes that entrepreneurship in the modern economy extends far beyond simply starting a business. Successful entrepreneurs and enterprise leaders must be able to identify opportunities, understand markets, develop innovative solutions, mobilize resources, build effective teams, leverage technology, attract investment, commercialize ideas, manage growth, and respond strategically to disruption and uncertainty. For this reason, the Faculty adopts an interdisciplinary and practice-oriented approach to entrepreneurial and innovation education.
At the heart of the Faculty is the integration of entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, venture development, commercialization, investment, enterprise growth, and executive leadership. These disciplines are brought together to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how ideas are transformed into viable ventures and how emerging enterprises are developed into sustainable, competitive, and high-impact organizations.
The Faculty places particular emphasis on applied and executive learning. Students are encouraged to move beyond theoretical understanding toward the practical application of entrepreneurial principles to real business challenges. Through case studies, venture projects, strategic simulations, business-model development, market analysis, innovation exercises, executive workshops, and problem-solving activities, students develop competencies that can be applied directly within their businesses, organizations, industries, and communities.
The Faculty comprises 14 specialized departments offering 140 distinct Executive Professional Certificate Programs, with ten programs housed within each department.
