The Faculty of Executive Human Resource & Organizational Development is an advanced executive and professional education faculty dedicated to developing human resource leaders, people managers, organizational development professionals, talent executives, learning and development specialists, HR consultants, workforce strategists, employee experience professionals, change leaders, and senior executives responsible for building effective people and organizations.
The Faculty recognizes that people are among the most important sources of sustainable organizational performance. Modern organizations therefore require HR and organizational leaders who can move beyond traditional personnel administration to become strategic partners, workforce architects, talent developers, culture builders, transformation leaders, employee advocates, and advisers to executive management.
The Faculty integrates strategic human resource management, human capital development, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, learning and development, employee experience, organizational culture, performance management, people analytics, digital HR, artificial intelligence, workplace transformation, and the future of work.
Its professional education philosophy connects people strategy with organizational strategy, preparing professionals to attract, develop, engage, organize, reward, retain, and lead the workforce required to achieve sustainable organizational objectives.
The Faculty comprises 14 specialized departments offering 140 distinct Executive Professional Certificate Programs, with ten specialized programs within each department.

01Department of Strategic Human Resource Management10 courses +
The Department of Strategic Human Resource Management serves as the Faculty's principal center for executive HR education. The department prepares HR professionals to transition from primarily administrative responsibilities toward strategic organizational leadership. Programs examine how people strategy can be aligned with business strategy, organizational priorities, workforce capabilities, technology, and long-term institutional performance. Particular emphasis is placed on developing current and aspiring Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) capable of advising executive leadership and providing enterprise-wide direction for human capital.

The Department of Organizational Development focuses on improving the health, adaptability, effectiveness, and long-term performance of organizations. Its programs prepare professionals to diagnose organizational challenges, manage transformation, develop leaders and teams, strengthen workplace culture, redesign organizational systems, and prepare institutions for changing workforce expectations. The department bridges people development and institutional transformation, making it a central component of the Faculty.

Programs develop competencies in recruitment strategy, talent sourcing, executive recruitment, assessment, workforce analytics, and strategic resourcing. The department treats recruitment as a strategic organizational capability rather than merely an administrative hiring process.

The Department of Learning, Development & Corporate Education develops professionals responsible for building organizational knowledge, capabilities, and continuous-learning systems. Participants learn to assess capability gaps, develop learning strategies, design professional development interventions, implement digital learning, evaluate training impact, and establish organizational learning cultures. The department also provides a specialized development pathway for current and aspiring Chief Learning Officers (CLOs).
