The Faculty recognizes that contemporary leadership extends far beyond managing people and resources. Today's executives must be able to formulate strategy, exercise sound judgment, govern responsibly, communicate vision, lead organizational transformation, manage competing stakeholder expectations, navigate uncertainty, strengthen institutional accountability, and make difficult decisions in rapidly changing environments.
Programs within the Faculty therefore integrate leadership, governance, strategy, ethics, organizational transformation, board effectiveness, executive decision-making, public leadership, institutional accountability, stakeholder management, risk oversight, innovation, Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and global leadership.
