Programs within the School emphasize ethical coaching and facilitation, respect for individual autonomy, cultural sensitivity, confidentiality, evidence-informed practice, and responsible communication.
Learners are trained to distinguish personal development education and coaching from regulated professions such as psychology, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, social work, or clinical mental health services. Where an individual's needs fall outside the scope of personal development practice, appropriate referral to qualified professionals is emphasized.
Completion of a REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY program does not confer licensure or authorization to practice in regulated health or mental health professions. Graduates must meet the applicable legal, professional, and regulatory requirements for any regulated occupation they intend to pursue.
