1. Purpose

REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY ("REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY," "we," "our," or "the University") is committed to providing a safe, respectful, inclusive, and academically excellent learning environment. This Student Code of Conduct ("Code") establishes the behavioral, ethical, and professional standards expected of every student enrolled in our courses, programs, workshops, certifications, and other educational activities.

The purpose of this Code is to:

Protect the rights and safety of all members of the University community.

This Code applies to all students participating in REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY activities, including:

3. Professional Conduct

4. Respect for Instructors and Peers

Every member of the University community deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

Students must:

Treat instructors, mentors, staff, and fellow students courteously.
Listen respectfully during discussions.
Value diverse perspectives and experiences.
Encourage constructive dialogue.
Resolve disagreements professionally.
Avoid abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.

Healthy academic debate is encouraged; personal attacks and disrespectful conduct are not.

5. Academic Honesty

Academic integrity is a cornerstone of REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY.

Students must submit original work unless collaboration is expressly permitted.

Academic misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

Plagiarism.
Cheating during quizzes or examinations.
Fabricating or falsifying research, data, or references.
Submitting another person's work as one's own.
Contract cheating or purchasing assignments.
Unauthorized collaboration.
Reusing previously submitted work without permission.

Students should properly acknowledge all sources and comply with course-specific requirements regarding the use of AI and other research tools. Violations of academic honesty may result in disciplinary action.

6. Attendance Expectations

Regular attendance is essential for successful learning.

Students are expected to:

Attend scheduled classes, webinars, and live sessions where required.
Log into online courses regularly.
Complete learning activities within the specified deadlines.
Notify instructors of anticipated absences when appropriate.
Fulfill any attendance requirements stated in the course syllabus.

Failure to participate consistently may affect academic progress, eligibility for assessments, or certification.

7. Participation Standards

Students are expected to contribute positively to the learning environment.

Appropriate participation includes:

Engaging respectfully in discussions.
Completing assignments on time.
Providing constructive feedback during peer activities.
Asking relevant questions.

8. Examination Conduct

9. Collaboration Rules

Collaboration is encouraged when authorized by the instructor.

Students should:

Students must not:

Claim another student's work as their own.
Exclude team members unfairly.

10. Anti-Bullying

REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY is committed to maintaining a learning environment free from bullying and intimidation.

Bullying includes repeated or severe conduct intended to intimidate, humiliate, threaten, or undermine another individual.

Examples include:

Cyberbullying.
Repeated insults or ridicule.
Public humiliation.
Intimidation.
Threats.
Deliberate exclusion from academic activities.

Bullying in any form is prohibited.

11. Anti-Discrimination

12. Use of University Resources

Student portals.
Software licenses.
University equipment provided for educational purposes.

Students must not:

Share copyrighted course materials without permission.
Misuse University technology.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
Introduce malicious software.
Damage or interfere with University infrastructure.
Use University resources for unlawful purposes.

13. Dress Code (For Live Events and Professional Engagements)

For in-person classes, conferences, presentations, or professional networking events organized by REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY, students are expected to present themselves in a manner appropriate to the academic and professional setting.

Students should:

Wear clean, neat, and appropriate attire.
Dress in a way that reflects respect for the occasion and fellow participants.
Follow any event-specific dress requirements communicated in advance.
Ensure clothing does not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate images or language.

For virtual sessions, students are encouraged to maintain a professional appearance where cameras are required.

14. Disciplinary Procedures

When a potential violation of this Code is reported, REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY will review the matter promptly, fairly, and impartially.

Depending on the nature and severity of the conduct, disciplinary measures may include:

Informal guidance or coaching.
Verbal warning.
Written warning.
Educational assignments or corrective measures.
Temporary restriction of certain privileges.
Removal from a course or activity.
Academic penalties.
Suspension.
Expulsion from REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY.
Revocation of certificates or credentials obtained through fraud or serious misconduct.
Referral to law enforcement where required by applicable law.

The University will consider factors such as the seriousness of the conduct, prior disciplinary history, intent, and any mitigating circumstances.

15. Appeals Process

Students have the right to request a review of certain disciplinary decisions.

Appeals should:

Be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified by the University.
Clearly state the grounds for the appeal.
Include any relevant supporting evidence.
Explain why the original decision should be reconsidered.

Grounds for appeal may include:

Procedural error.
New evidence that was not reasonably available at the time of the original decision.
A decision that was clearly unreasonable based on the available information.
A sanction that is disproportionate to the violation.

Appeals will be reviewed by an authorized University representative or committee not directly involved in the original decision where practicable. The outcome of the appeal will be communicated in writing, and the University's decision following the appeal will be final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Student Acknowledgement

By enrolling in REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Student Code of Conduct.

Students understand that adherence to these standards supports a respectful, safe, and academically rigorous learning community and that violations may result in disciplinary action.

17. Changes to This Code

REWTTEERS UNIVERSITY may amend this Student Code of Conduct from time to time to reflect changes in educational practices, technology, legal requirements, or institutional policies.

The revised Code will be published with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in University programs after the effective date of any revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Code.
